Rules & Regulation
  • Punctuality and regularity in attendance is essential. Students who expect to reach home late after the school due to personal reasons must inform their parents/guardians in advance.
  • A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to be eligible to appear in the examination.
  • Students are not allowed to use school phones without permission.
  • Boys should get their hair trimmed at regular intervals.
  • Care must be taken of all property. No students should scratch or spoil the desks or chairs. Not to write or draw anything on the walls.
  • Students should maintain absolute silence during the general assembly and while moving into the classroom from the General Assembly. Silence should also be observed on the way to library and laboratory and while returning from games. Running, playing and shouting inside the school building and verandas is never allowed.
  • Penalties may be imposed at the discretion of the principal for breach of discipline, for habitual irregularity or late attendance. Any student, who is persistently insubordinate or is repeatedly or wilfully mischievous indiscipline or is guilty of gross malpractice in connection with examination or of unauthorized alterations in Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate/ progress Reports, may be removed from the rolls at the discretion of the Principal. The removal may be temporary or permanent according to the gravity of the offence.
  • Students unless required to stay back for any purpose with the permission of the Principal should leave the premises as soon as the school gets over. The school authorities are not responsible for the safety of any pupil after school hours. Necessary arrangements therefore should be made to take the children home immediately after the school.
  • All students when admitted and while studying in the school must make themselves acquainted with the rules notified for their conduct. Ignorance, of the rules will not be an excuse.
  • Parents must realize that Parent-Teacher meetings are very important and should attend them regularly.
